        Aside from a young, ill-experienced receptionist, things were great. Olivia took charge and got the job done. Perhaps the gal at the front doesn't understand customer service, sales, or that we could go to any shop we wish. And when lots of customers start doing that, Caliber will no longer be on top.

It was refreshing in these times to experience customer service of this high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of repair work on their vehicle.

        Had one of the best experiences at a car dealership or automotive repair shop. I had the opportunity to work with Peter Salib. He communicated with me along the way. Peter and his team did an amazing job working on my car. The location also communicated via the website/text. Which is a great way for people to be informed. The car was completed very quickly and in amazing shape. This location even detailed the car. Wow. An added bonus. Thank you Peter for the best service and help to get our car repaired in a timely manner
