Our project involved adding square footage to our kitchen and living area and doing a full kitchen remodel. We have a 4 year old and 1 year old and being without a kitchen for several months was challenging, but Kerry made the experience as painless as possible and the end result is amazing. He met his proposed timeline and budget, which of course was one of our biggest fears. Kerry is very friendly and great to work with. His communication during the entire project was phenomenal. He also stayed relatively on track with his timeline of events, and I believe there were rarely any days that nothing was happening. The efficiency was excellent. He also has a stellar team - Jake especially! Jake has the best attitude towards everything and knows how to do almost anything. Manny, the cabinet guy was also wonderful. Jesse, tile guy also excellent. His designer, Tiffany, helped us with our kitchen layout and definitely saved me from making some big mistakes. We ran into a few hiccups that affected schedule and cost slightly as almost any project would, but Kerry helped us through them in a very professional manner. Anything that didn't turn out right, he would make sure and fix until it did. Example - the ceiling on the addition was not level to the rest of the house, but his team took the time to ensure it came out perfect. Their level of quality is top-notch. Kerry Taylor and his team were simply outstanding. We had wanted to add a master suite with walk in closet, master bath plus move our laundry room set up inside, for quite sometime. However, we delayed starting this project because I was quite concerned before we did this project that I would survive the disruption. We have very busy work lives and I need calm and order at home. I very much appreciated how Kerry and his team handled our project especially since we stayed in our home for this entire remodel process. Throughout it all, Kerry was a ready knowledgeable resource and always responsive to anything we raised or simply were curious about. The attention to detail and delivering a quality product was fabulous and sustained throughout the entire process. The finished project was even better than we hoped and we now feel that we have a transformed home. As a special plus, the budget was just as advertised! We were so happy that we actually added additional work to the project that I was planning to do at a later time. We couldn't be happier! I am pleased to give TaylorPro my highest recommendation. Our once-in-a-lifetime (for us) kitchen remodel went as well as we could have hoped. TaylorPro managed our expectations skillfully throughout the project and we wound up with a kitchen we are utterly delighted with. The workmanship and materials are top-notch and Kerry's subcontractors were, without exception, professional and a pleasure to have in our home for many weeks. Once of the biggest challenges in a project like this is navigating the endless compromises posed by cost, schedule, and physical limitations of the existing floorplan. Kerry expertly guided us through those choices and we don't think we could have wound up with a better result. My wife and I are well pleased we chose TaylorPro over the other bids we considered. I had the joy of working with Kerry on a kitchen and dining room remodel. He and his crew were pleasant and respected the designer's role in the whole process. I'm an architect and, with Kerry, it felt like we were a team rather than competitors.
He contacted me when there were questions about the design. And, when decisions were in his hands, he made choices like he actually cared about the outcome of the project! Because of this, the project turned out beautifully. The clients are extremely happy with their new home.
On top of everything else, they kept the job site VERY clean and they were polite and respectful of the family continuing to live in the house.
