Gentle Dental Carlsbad

End of visit was unpleasant, I understand water will squirt speckles on your face but assistant wasnt very careful, water went down both sides of my face to my ears and neck. She tried wiping the entire lower face but I asked her to please stop because I was wearing makeup and by doing that she had wiped it off onto the napkin. It was unnecessary, I could have cleaned it up more carefully.

Repeatedly told them not to schedule me, they scheduled me anyways. Apparently my insurance doesnt cover cleanings, which is unfortunate, but they took 40 minutes to tell me that was the case, simply wasting my time. They consistently were trying to pressure me into more expensive options and I didnt feel comfortable. They said you dont want metal in your mouth when trying to upsell crown materials. The dentist and the hygienist were very friendly but all things considered I left with a poor taste in my mouth.

I am a new patient and the team working with Dr. March helped to ease my apprehension and fear of going to a new dentist! I chose them because I need gentle care while also coordinating my treatment plan.
