Angelo took advantage of me when I was in a very stressful situation with a leak in master bathroom and kitchen. He charged for multiple items that were not performed and the work quality was so bad that I had to hire a third party to correct after he attempted to correct a few times.

Angelo helped me with my flooded floors and did some great work. He helped us with the insurance and did some great work.

Angelo was very helpful with my flood repair and was extremely helpful not only in the field but with talking to the insurance adjuster in regards to the quote they had provided and got me an extremely great deal! 10/10 would recommend!

Please, homeowners DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR PROJECT!!!They are lucky that they were given one star. We had water damage due to a defective plumbing issue behind the shower wall. Angelo's was brought in by AHS American Home Shield. Such a nightmare. The workers that we brought in didn't speak English, it seemed as if Angelo brought these workers in from the corner of Home Depot and it was just terrible when I asked Angelo these workers had their contract license and he said oh they fall under me. He would pick up a worker drop him off here the worker would stay here all day with no food or water. We of course would accommodate to the worker if they needed because it's a long day without food and beverages. Angelo collected my $3000 deductible and he was not supposed to collect the deductible that's money was for me that I'm supposed to pay out-of-pocket for the repair. Knowing this he took the check instead of advising me that I did not need to pay a deductible to him. Another thing that happened a whole week and a half no one showed up to do any work. He was supposed to send paperwork to Farmers Insurance what's the work was completed and Farmers Insurance would pay him for his services. He sent one guy who understood no English and instead of putting cement board or waterproof board in the wall he put drywall. It's a good thing my husband was home and caught the guy doing this and told him that he needed to remove it immediately. Do not do service with this company. According to Farmers Insurance they claimed that there was quite a few jobs that this company has done and it was awful. So I stopped them from doing the job and told Farmers that I would have to do it myself so instead of Angelo returning the check for $3000 to me and getting paid by Farmers he kept that check and then he had the nerve to say he was going to send me $500 back for the inconvenience. Again you're taking a big chance if you do business with this company. Another contractor have to be sent out here to look at the job and unfortunately because of the unprofessional failed work that Angelos did Farmers would not pay for it. Here it is August 2022 and the damage was February 2022 the bathroom is still not fixed. Farmers Insurance would only give $1500. We are stuck with all of the out-of-pocket expenses because when this company did the demolition they did damage to a wall that was not supposed to be part of the demolition. Again, don't use this company. If there are other customers that this has happened to, contact me.

We didn't even hire Angelo but I'm reviewing as a buyer beware. We had a very minor restoration project we needed a contractor to complete. We were referred to Angelo and on our first call he insisted that I pay him our deductible up front before he'd even come for the estimate. We had already been working with several vendors and he was insisting we pay our entire deductible for the whole claim direct to him. When I told him the insurance company would pay him directly for his services, he said "this is how it works." It is, in fact, not how it works since we've since hired a different contractor to do the job. He also said and I quote "I squeeze a lot of money out of insurance." Maybe the guy didn't want my business and he was just trying to get rid of me because I can't fathom why anyone would say any of that. Of course we did not move forward with him and I would not recommend anyone use this company if they want short turn around times since his priority seems to be dragging out projects to get the most amount of money from the claim. Not professional or trustworthy at all.
