Not Recommend Loan officer was nice. But its set up more like a shady used car business, they will say anything to get you to sign. Be aware: If you are told they can close in a few weeks and use in-house lenders, that is not true. They can submit your loan package to a big box lenders underwriter like Wells Fargo. You are better off going directly to a big box lender than dealing with this middle man. Also I was not informed my loan wasnt ready to close until 5pm the business day before closing date. They do have good online submittals but you will not close on time and they will say anything you want to hear for business. Too stressful to deal with closing a week late, use another company.
