Great place to stay.
I stayed at this place with family and it as great experience.
Front desk Staff are really nice and welcoming.
Some improvement can be made with breakfast service staff.

31 days later and they still have my deposits in pending transactions they only say call your bank
Ive called my bank multiple times and they keep telling me they cant do anything until its out of pending. I just had a lady from the hotel hang up on me as I kept telling her I just got off the phone with my bank and they said its on your end. She kept claiming you paid through a 3rd party, I dont see any deposits
Honestly I dont understand what I have to do for my 150 (3 different deposits of 50) to be reimbursed.
However I did see them have other problems while I stayed there. I seen a group of people walk in and they told them no we never got your reservation were sold out however those other people claimed that they took their money for the stay and they werent sold out online as it showed they had rooms available!!
Maybe its their set up/system.
However now Im stuck here without my 150 and they claim they dont have it as my bank is saying its in pending they need to release it back to us so we can fix it but they claim they have released it if they had I wouldnt be calling still!
So yes its a nice stay however good luck getting your deposit back. Great location with decent rooms, and I will say one person at the front desk(I dont remember his name but hes Latino) is excellent as the rest seem to not care about anything(even during my stay).
