Jenny Craig Weight Loss Center

This is my third time using Jenny Craig and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences.  The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating.  Every now and again I get busy with life and get off track with my weight...Jenny Craig makes life easier with it's prepared meals and before I know it things are better.  I always know what I'm going to eat next and am not disappointed.  This location is also conveniently located. Highly recommend!

I am a long-t customer that had a grandfathered discount plan. I failed to renew it in April- my bad - And they refuse to renew at this late date. Every year they called me to remind me. Not this year.  After many years of being a weekly customer at approx. $100 a week for at least 6 years - $30k - and they can't reinstate my discount.  Shame on you Jenny Craig - my $30 a week in discount is no big deal to you but it is to me.

This place is awesome.  I struggled with my weight and needed a fresh start.  The consultants here walked me through the whole process and were very flexible.  They helped me understand my diet better and gave me the tools to help myself.  They food is great too! I never dreaded having to have one of my meals.  Highly recommend!  I guess management in the past was sub par but have been GREAT! August or so.

Here's why I'm giving this a 1 Star:I specifically asked them if there's any alcohol in their food. They said no. Some of the meals contains wine. I am a recovering addict. I've been clean and sober for 7 years. I do not eat anything with alcohol in it (and no, it does NOT COOK OUT! Ask any rehabilitation center. I learned the hard way. If I took a drug test, I'd fail it.), I don't take medications that are addictive and have alcohol in it, I do not smoke, I don't do ANY of that crap. I'm always paranoid about alcohol being in food. It can trigger people to want to drink. I called them and complained about it (as if they even care because let's face it: nobody cares) and all they said was "I am so sorry" and that they'll substitute the foods with alcohol in it with another. I said "Okay. That's fine. But let me tell you guys something... You need to warn people that there's alcohol in some on the foods and that it does not cook out or you could get in BIG trouble". Of course they won't because, as I've said before, they don't care.100% money back guaranteed? That's false advertising. I wanted my money back but they couldn't do it since my food was already shipped. I took the food anyway. There was no way to get the money back.

My wife sent me to get her food but was turned away twice. My wife was sick. What kind of customer service is this? You sent her a 200$ coupon and I sure as hell will not be using it. Why send her the coupon when I cant even use it. Very disappointed in your customer service Alexandria.
