Tanya of Mayas Flower Shop responded to my initial complaint and reassured me they would make things right. I received a new and upgraded bouquet the very next day. The second bouquet looked much better than the initial flower delivery (3rd photo). Tanya was easy to communicate with and fulfilled her promise to provide a superior product. Due to Tanyas customer service, I have upgraded my rating.

Very disappointing bouquet. The first photo is the bouquet that I ordered through Telaflora.com. My order was randomly assigned to Mayas Flower Shop. The second photo is the arrangement I actually received. The quality of the bouquet was not as advertised, as you can see.
To me, it is clear that no real effort was made to produce a quality bouquet for their customers. I called to alert the owners about the less than satisfactory product I received, but have yet to hear back from them.
I would recommend shopping around elsewhere if youre in need of a flower arrangement. Not worth the cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MAYAs FROWER SHOP. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.
My son ordered flowers for me for a personal occasion that was on March 21st. They arrived a day late and 50% of them were dead. I called the shop several times to let them know to make it right.
They never picked up, although you could hear their voices in the background while recording my message.
I will let my son know to report them to the credit card company if they didnt call me back to correct that situation. If I could rate them zero or (-5) stars I would have, however the website doesnt allow for that.
Very disappointing to see a place getting advantage of people like that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MAYAS! If I could give a Zero star I would! This florist physical does NOT exist at 5441 Fair Oaks Blvd Ste G1 or G2, Carmichael, Ca. 95608. I went there with the incorrect delivery and the suite is obtain by a different business. I was told they believe she just rents a suite to have a business address. Nothing states Mayas Flower Shop! The whole website has false information, as it says you can come in and shop, pick up a delivery, says shes open daily, etc. none of this information is true! A replacement order was placed through 1-800-Flowers that Mayas Flower accepted the order. I should of received a 12 round basket with 6 to 7 different greenery plants and fresh cut flowers valued at $79. I received a small 6 basket with 1 green plant and small clip of a mum and calla lily stuck in the dirt and most of the basket was missing dirt. I physically went to the address listed on her website, no business is there and I called her 2 times and left messages regarding the issue leaving the order number and stated the problem in that she needs to provide the item of which was ordered. She has NOT called me back at all to correct the item I received. I physical took the item I received when I went to her so call location of her business and the took the picture of what I ordered hoping to give her a chance to make this order rightbut location does NOT exist nor has she returned my calls! I did advise her that I will be calling 1-800-Flowers to advise them to NO LONGER submit orders to Mayas Flowers as she is a scammer! She gets paid for high dollar arrangements and then delivers very low grade item that is NOT even close to what was ordered and paid for. Nice way to scam people and 1-800-Flowers by getting paid for a high cost arrangements and deliver something cheap and half the size then not being able to go to her location so then you cant find her. DO NOT ORDER FROM MAYAS Im escalating this with 1-800-Flowers and there corporate office.

This florist is about as useless as Joe Biden in speech class. I spent almost $70 on flowers for my mothers retirement. As many of you can see I got a bouquet made by an adult child. My mom raised 3 boys on her own while my father fought for our country for 23 years. When my dad retired from the military they had to start life from scratch. She deserved more than $70 worth of flowers, but she didnt even get that. I have reported this florist to the companies that use them and fromyouflowers.com has made a formal complaint to have them removed as a vendor. This was incredibly disappointing. Judging by the rest of these reviews however, this seems to be an everyday thing. Your flowers are garbage, your talent is garbage and you all should consider new professions. Please. In anything, but botany and horticulture. Please for the love of God stop making flower arrangements.

For $60 this is what I received. Not at all what was ordered and 2 of the flowers are wilted/ mangled. Theres nothing on the website that even resembles this. Also thought it was tacky that they didnt even remove the price tag from the vase. I tried to call to talk to someone and the voicemail is full. extremely disappointed
