Lowest Cost Cremations and Burials

This place is terrible. We waited 4 hours for our grandma to be picked up and no one came after they said they would. We called them and they informed us they cancelled because they couldnt find our house. Its ridiculous they couldnt reach out and let us know or even tell us theyre lost. If we wouldnt have called we would have been left in the dark for even longer. Theyre a scam of a place. Dont trust them with your loved ones.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. Weve been waiting for hours for someone to come and get our grandma who passed away today and they never showed. We called them and they said they got lost so cancelled. Never got a phone call or anything!! Absolutely ridiculous. Now we are scrambling to find another company. So beyond frustrated and so disrespectful.

Great people! They came and picked up my mother and were really polite, got a phone call when she was cremated nice staff!

The staff was at my house in 15 minutes to get my aunt, both companies are wonderful

They picked up my father 15 minutes before I arrived, and when I called to ask to see his body they refused because they were closed on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday. I was devastated! I called Monday and was told that it was going to cost me $190 to view my father, and they were busy so they weren't sure if I could see him that day. After arguing that I was already told I could see him Monday, they gave me some song and dance about how much work it was going to be for them to get him "ready" but they would accommodate me. When I arrived I was told I needed to sign a form to identify his body! But still had to pay the $190! I was put in a room with NO PRIVACY, as I could hear the director on the phone, typing on the computer, as the room was divided by a plastic folding door! Awful! Staff was atrocious! I went to pick up my fathers remains and stood in the lobby setting off the door alarm for 15 minutes trying to get someones attention. Both women said to each other "what the heck is going on out there?" "I don't know but its annoying!" When I finally said "I'm here for my fathers remains." Only then did they come out of their office to help me! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
