Tree removal job ruined my nice front lawn completely. Big lumps, very wavy uneven surface, packed down soil, permanently bald spots from their sloppy work. Front lawn is permanently ugly now unless I get some major work done. When they cut the tree, everything falls hard (boom! boom!) instead of being creative trying to bring it down slowly/easy. You get what you pay for I guess. The cheap guys do a cheap job.

Decent tree trimming but terrible service. Not responsive and took two weeks to get the payment worked out...they get back to you when they want to. Not only that but they charged a 5% MasterCard fee which was mentioned nowhere on their site. I'll pass.

Rod's had been great until they dropped a neighbor's palm tree (referral from me) on my yard, destroying a few plants and pounding a landscape boulder underground. I asked for restitution and now they are silent. I could ask my lawyer to sue, but shouldn't they just settle and move on? Come on, Rod!

The workers are fantastic, theyre very professional.
However, I take it as a cheap boss/owner. (Just my experience and opinion). Their truck wouldnt start. Then their chipper wouldnt work. They easily spent 25% of their time dealing with faulty equipment. Example of a possible cheap greedy owner, (again just my opinion) I hope the employees dont get harassed for taking longer than they should.
They got the job done and again they were very professional and I would hire them in the future. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
