Leo and his partner did about $3,000 worth of electrical work for me last year. Not only did I find out afterwards that his prices were easily 20-50% higher than other electricians, he completely disappeared and didn’t reply to texts or phone calls when we had issues weeks later with some of his work. The bathroom vent fan he installed started to malfunction and after repeated attempts to contact him to come by and fix it, we gave up and had to call someone else to fix work that wasn’t even 2 months old. Similarly had issues with his outdoor floodlight. Overall, as nice as he seems in person, the fact that he blatantly overcharges customers and doesn’t even support and warranty his work means that I will never use him again. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.

Leo & Ernesto at Nava Electric are great. I went through a remodel which they were a huge part of the success of the project. As with most remodels everything does not go perfect the first time, but the owner Leo was very responsive to any issues that came up. Leo worked until 8:00 p.m. one night and then our tankless heater box wasn't working so we had no hot water. Leo drove all the way back around 9:00 p.m. to fix it. What great customer service. We trusted them with our house while we were gone. Great customer service and integrity. Thank you Leo.
