Terrible, tenia cita a las 9:00am, pero parece que a todos los clientes tenÃan cita a la misma hora, pasaron 3 horas y nadie me daba una explicación de que pasaba con el carro,y eso que era un problema del software, tuve que pedir mi carro y traerlo y perder horas, por desgracia tengo que volver el próximo sábado a ver si me atienden. Ojalá sea la última vez.

I was just on Lomita Blvd I between 2 hospitals- Torrance Memorial & Kaiser of South Bay when an ambulance with its lights on was coming down the road. All of us pulled over like you are legally obligated to do but for some reason a Kia of Carson Service Van decided to fly around all of us and then barely pause for the ambulance to pass. I was astonished at the complete disregard for whomever life was in that ambulance with lights and sirens on and speeding towards Torrance Memorial. At the next light I caught up with the van which had the phone number so I decided to give them a call, as someone who drives a company vehicle I figured the service manager would be appalled at this. After asking for a manager twice I was transfered to someone and he said he could help me. I let him know what happened and he said, "I'll let a manager know". That's it?!?!? You weren't a manager? Obviously they are more concerned with their commissions than the life of whoever was in the back of that ambulance rolling code 3. I was looking at the new telluride but I'll go to Long Beach for my test drive. Pretty dissapointed at the complete dismissal I got from the guy on the phone.
