I just want to say thank you to Anissa! She is absolutely amazing and has great positive customer service. I went in with a minor problem, and was already irritated, I had previously went to another AT&T store and they told me they couldn't help me out because it was a prepaid. When I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and felt at ease. She helped me out quickly and effortlessly! Thank you for being so positive Anissa! Don't stop your amazing service!
