Our person putting together our refi made several mistakes and promises that could not happen. First one was a 3,000.00 mistake then said we could wave appraisal,nope couldn't then said we would sign right away,nope,couldn't get a notary when he said. Then...he text ua and called us we signed on a tuesday he said yay! Your loan will fund on friday afternoon. Friday afternoon came and he called us and said Im sorry my mistake it will fund monday
