Vic, the owner, and his crew our master painters. We had our entire exterior painted including retaining walls, outdoor stairs and railings and terrace deck. Vic’s attention to detail and clean sharp paint lines is amazing. His crew meticulously preps all stucco cracks and damage expertly while matching the original texture and power sands the fascia where necessary to achieve perfect results. The crew will paint a minimum of two coats and even more where necessary. Vic is the master of the spray wand to achieve a great finish. They do not take shortcuts. They are extremely punctual. The entire crew starts at 7:00 am daily but you see them arrive and park 15 to 30 minutes early. Vic Swanson, Swanson Painting, did a top-notch, professional job painting the full exterior of our two-story home. Vic was a pleasure to work with and is the pro I’ll call for all my future painting jobs. I highly recommend him for your painting needs. Like most people, I called around and got several estimates. Vic’s estimate was fair for the amount of work to be done. What really sold me though, was the time Vic spent answering my litany of “interview” questions. I’m a detailed person, a DIY-er, and very particular about quality. It was clear from my discussion with Vic that he was very knowledgeable and shared my eye for a job well done. I also really liked that he’d be on-site, working alongside his crew. I knew I’d made the right decision hiring Vic when I mentioned him to the team at the Dunn & Edwards near me and, without missing a beat, the D&E rep responded, “Oh, Vic Swanson? He’s a really great guy.” We needed to repair a small bit of wood rot on our front porch pillars. I pointed this out to Vic, and he said that if it was more serious than his team could handle, he’d bring in his woodworking guy. Of course, I asked him how he would fix it, and his answer fit right in with what I would expect from a pro. Vic’s team was able to fix it up without any issues, and it looks great now. During our initial walkthrough, Vic pointed out a spot of failed stucco that I hadn’t noticed, which he also repaired as part of the job. I requested he let me know if he found any other bad spots, and I’m confident I can trust his answer that we did not have any. Throughout the entire project, which took 5 ½ work-days from prep to cleanup, Vic clearly maintained his attention to detail and quality. His team even removed an old, unused satellite dish and repaired the stucco for us. Vic was also very straightforward about work that was outside of his expertise, which I really appreciated. We have a sliding door whose frame has pulled away from our home. I was hoping for an inexpensive fix, but only if it could be done without creating future issues. Vic was quick to let me know that the quick-n-dirty fix would likely leak in no time and that I needed to call a door specialist. I really appreciated his honesty and forthrightness. And, I really love that he will work with me to paint over any stucco repair work the door guys will have to do. Throughout the project, Vic worked with me on any additional questions I came up with, patiently giving his thoughtful attention and professional opinion. He even worked to get a paint match for the roof pipes, and now those pipes blend in perfectly with our roof tiles. Wonderful! Throughout the week, I saw how he interacted with his team and I was impressed. Vic has a good management style and it shows in how his team works together. Vic really delivered: on time, with quality, and at cost. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him and his team.

Vic and his team were amazing. I got a few quotes and I'm happy I went with Swanson Painting. They are extremely professional and the outcome is amazing. Quality work!! Definitely a good investment. I will refer to all my friends and family. If you want quality go with Vic.
