Stark Awning & Canvas (Stark Mfg. Co.)

I've wanted an awning over my driveway for some time now and had taken a photo of one I had seen on someone else's house over 5 years ago. When I contacted Stark and sent them photos of what I wanted, they delivered! The whole process from start to finish was the best customer service I've had in a long time, from Chad, Dylan, Hector & all the installers. Even when there was a little hiccup, they remedied quickly. I wish I would have found them earlier for my window awnings. I'm very happy (so is my car) with the finished product and I'd highly recommend to anyone in the market for awnings.

Pictures tell the storyStark hung an awning that was manufactured incorrectly, hung incorrectly. All this shoddy work even after I showed them my neighbors awning and asked them to duplicate it. They even damaged the trim on my brand new home hanging the awning.UPDATE: Chad came out and took care of all remaining issues.I got a positive response from the company which backed their product

I called Stark Awning with a request for a quote on some existing awnings.  I was asked to take pictures and forward them, which I did.  I was told that someone by the name of Andy would be calling soon.  By Tuesday, the next day, I had not received a call, so I texted again.  Was told that we were next on his list for appointment Thursday or Friday.  Thursday afternoon, still no call.  Was told that they were just so busy.  My question was, too busy to pick up the phone and call with an appointment date?!!  We wanted to give a Chula Vista establishment our business , but not with this horrible customer service.  Wold not recommend them to anyone.

A awesome company with very competent employees. I had three fabric awnings replaced with metal ones and the employees were on time and did a very clean install.
