Isaac worked on our house project in 2016. Total project took about a year as we had to obtain a construction loan and follow certain guidelines. He helped us with our plans, permits, and everything in between. Our project was a total tear down addition and went from 1000sq ft to 2400sq ft! He was very professional and delivered quality work. He gave us everything we wished for and helped us stay on budget. Very happy with our forever home!

Had Soria construction work on a granny flat. I had no idea where to begin but Isaac guided me through the entire process, from blueprints to each phase of construction. There were times when issues arose with the project that would have cost me more out of pocket but Isaac was able to give me several options to either cut the additional cost or try to go with the original plan which would have been more expensive. Either way, everything turned out great! I have already recommended Soria construction to several family members and friends, many of which have already used this company for several home projects. Isaac is a nice and honest person, you won’t be disappointed.
