Had a pleasant visit here. I get anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and all the staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Fong was great! Very kind, professional and understanding. Everything was explained clearly, minimal waiting, had a thorough exam and decent talk time with the dentist. I am happy that I made the switch to this office. My son also came here for a first visit and had a pleasant experience as well.

I had a 12:15 appointment I checked in at 12:05. I waited in the waiting room until 12:40 and was taken to x-ray. Then I was taken to a room and had me wait 20 minutes. My question to you is if I am expected to be on time why can't your staff be on time?
