        Been seeing him for almost 20 years. Have always been a friendly doctors office. Had to change doctors do to him not being on my new insurance carriers list. They took care of it promptly.

        I feel incredibly lucky that I found Dr. Ooi. He (and his staff) are absolutely wonderful. They treat my family with the utmost care and respect. They truly listen and help. We have a challenging situation and they have been more than accommodating to my little boy. Dr. Ooi is calm and collected, he's a true professional. And one of the few doctors I have met that sincerely listen to you. Thank you Dr. Ooi from Lorenzo and his family!
