Horrible and I mean beyond horrible service. They billed me incorrectly and so I called them so I can give them my correct insurance information and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I told him my name and what the bill was and he said in a condescending tone "well did you call your insurance?" And smirked. How is that helpful? I've contacted AMR and had way better experience with giving them my insurance information and they never gave me any probls.

The people here are very rude. They park in front of the houses across the street from their place of business leaving no room for the homeowners to park. They should require their employees to park in their parking lot and not in front of the homeowner's houses. Very rude and disrespectful! They obviously need to get a bigger facility to provide parking for all of their ambulances and employee's vehicles.
