Please read if you are considering hiring this company:We hired Ortega Remodeling to do a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen, along with installing a new bathroom door. This was a huge deal for us. We had waited years to finally do some remodeling, had all the ideas, floor plan, color palate- the works- we just needed it to happen.We understand remodels are messy and things happen, but this company was close to the worst we could have expected. Not showing up when expected, extreme sloppiness, not paying attention to detail, poor workmanship and rushing to get to their next big project to name a few. They installed damaged and warped cabinets, which they should have identified and replaced prior to installation.  They installed and left up our new quartz countertop, which was chipped upon installation.  One of the problems with their subcontractor which installed the countertops and tile back splash, was that no one from Ortega Remodeling com was present to supervise their work. New tile was installed chipped or damaged. The kitchen paint was slopped everywhere, including on appliances that they did not clean after we had pointed it out. They installed a new bathroom door, and either damaged a piece of existing bathroom tile, or used the wrong door molding, and left a half inch gap on one side of the door. They did a horrible plaster job to try to make it pass- Really? - and they never bothered to mentioned it to us (surprise.)  Unfortunately, we noticed that issue the next day, after the job was "completed". Lovely. There were so many, many, many other things that went wrong we could go on for days, but it all boils down to a painfully horrible, horrible experience.Needless to say, we regret ever using them...

Best contractor to work with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Fernando and Luis went above and beyond for our home. We were nervous about using contractors but these guys were SUPER GREAT. Luis and Fernando would do touch up work at my house that wasn't even part of the deal. (We just bought a new home and only hired them to do our kitchen cabinets..) but they did other patch up work for free! They promised they would be done in less than a week and I didn't believe them.. I was wrong. They finished the day they promised. I never had to worry about the work they were doing because they made us feel comfortable everyday that they were going to finish the work better than they promised.- Honest- Reliable - Friendly- Hard working  I will be using them again for future projects. Thank you Ortega Company!!

As a first time home buyer and single mother I bought a condo in really bad shape. Not expecting to have to buy a new kitchen Ortega remodeling came recommended to me. I checked out several companies and Frenando at Ortega remodeling had the best prices and was always professional and prior work was amazing. He was patient and answered all my questions. I had him out to my home 3 times before deciding to get started since I was so nervous on such a big project. Honestly, I couldn't have made a better choice. Prior to starting I was given a start date and time along with a timeline for my project to be completed. The team was professional and on time daily and completed my project timely with no surprises. My kitchen is beautiful and now my favorite room in the house. I would highly recommend Ortega remodeling and will be looking to use them again when I complete my bathroom remodel.
