My name is John Krochman and I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, (CMPS©), Registered and Bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA), and Marketing Technology Developer. My professional background is all things entrepreneurial, business ownership, self-employment, and turnarounds / change agent. My professional focus is facilitating FinTech marketing solutions that range from large scale community marketing down to the household and individual level. My passion is in developing cost-effective growth strategies that highlight the client experience and "Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service" (Pub. 3rd Ed. by Ron Zemke, Kristin Anderson.) I specialize in financial client acquisition through the use of big-data technology, including, public data, credit monitoring, clientele modeling, social networking, social economics, personal interests, buying habits, household members, and major life events. All of these roads lead to predicting certain actions such as relocating, re-mortgaging, selling, upsizing, downsizing, investing, and much more. I maintain high success models for prospective reverse mortgage borrowers and new home building clients. I am an active member of the Association on Aging and Building Industry Association of Southern California. I have enjoyed a 30+ year career in consumer credit and commercial financing; residential mortgage banking since 1999. I co-founded one of the nation’s first, value-added, consumer credit resale agencies with Experian (formerly TRW), TransUnion, and Equifax. I also founded OSI and invented the Prepaid Service Card for commercial use and the first known instance of commercial lease financing for customized e-commerce platforms. Introduced to the residential mortgage industry in 1999, I have worked almost exclusively in startups and executive or marketing positions. During my tenure in the mortgage industry I also created the All-Inclusive Mortgage, the Perpetual Mortgage Approval™ and the my exclusive, Assignment of Mortgage Applicant (new borrower referral program).
