I am disappointed. I thought I purchased a deluxe sympathy bouquet of Colors of the Rainbow. What I got was a small version of a different bouquet style. My credit card purchase shows the charge was made to Flowers de Monet not Artistic Florist. So they subbed the order off to another area florist.
Very deceptive. I suggest to look elsewhere for a florist in Costa Mesa.

THIS STORE IS NO LONGER IN COSTA MESA!!! AND THEY DON"T ANSWER THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES!!!
Not at all pleased with my order. Very poor management of their online store location and customer service. I placed an order at the store location in Costa Mesa - when I called to ensure the order was being put together as this was a time sensitive purchase, no one picked up. I called the other number available and still nothing. I probably tried calling about 10 times on each number provided with no response. I had no choice but to physically go to the store location address listed on google and their website as I needed to get the flowers delivered asap, I came to find that the store was no longer even located there! I had to place another order with another florist down the street and finally 2 hours after I had placed the original order - I get a call back saying they had moved locations and that they were putting together my order just then although I specified that this needed to be done asap. Very poor location service information, customer service, and product dissatisfaction reconciliation - do not buy flowers here and if necessary know that they likely won't answer your call, and that they are not located at the address listed in Costa Mesa.

I popped in to buy some flowers for my friend who was cutting my hair and this was this past wedensday! Bought a pretty bunch of roses at a imo great price! 2 ladies in there super fun and very helpful. Had a great interaction which is important to me! My friend loved the flowers and they took the time to wrap them nicely and put a bow. I told them I'd remember their names but nope totally forgot .. ill poke my head in an find out who they are lol. thank you ladies for being cool and helping me out .. see you again for sure!

I ordered a birthday bouquet which showed a blue vase with a mixture of white and blue flowers -large size. The flowers were sent in a clear vase -all white and small and not what I ordered! I contacted the owner and she said she did not have many flowers left after Thanksgiving. So she made up an all white bouquet-very small for $100. She apologized, but did not offer any refund. I would not use this florist again.
