Normally I dont write reviews but this one really pissed me off. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. Placed the order a whole WEEK IN ADVANCE to avoid supply issues. The flowers were delivered 24 hours before Valentines Day, ruining the surprise. Flowers were not the ones I ordered nor were they in the vase that was ordered as well. Called the flower shop to confirm delivery on 2/14 and they just said yep they were delivered without even asking which order was mine. Fellas, take your business elsewhere or show up to buy your flowers in person.

Should be 0 stars. I placed the order for delivery on Valentines day 2/14 and it was delivered next day 2/15. This was suppose to be a surprise to my Wife at her work. I reached out to seller via voicemail and an email requesting status all day on 2/14 but no answer or response. I initiated a cancellation request because order was not fulfilled per instructions. When my wife picked up her flowers from work, there was a note that said, it was delivered late because it was delivered to wrong address? Why couldn't they call me to confirm or to inform?! And Upon receiving the flowers it was no where close to what I ordered. Flowers looked like they were already dead. I paid $97 for these.

They left the flowers outside for a bit longer. Called the customer service the day before and asked for the time, she was so dismissive and slightly rude. my flowers were delivered a day early.

My experience was awful. I am giving it a one star because I have no option to leave it blank.
We had the wrong flowers delivered. By the time they returned, the person receiving the flowers was gone and would not be back for 5 days.
The white roses in the arrangement had brown edges. One of the casablancas had a broken petal.
The delivery issue, I understand. Things happen. The quality, certainly has no excuse.
What I really do not understand, it is the lack of customer support. Since the person making the delivery had no say in the matter, I called the shop the day of (2/22) to discuss the issues and request a refund. Left a voicemail and never heard back. The only way the vendor can show good faith and own their mistake is by offering, at minimum, a partial refund.
I wish I would have read their reviews on yelp before placing my order - most of them are very poor reviews.
