The folks at Parzival Plumbing are amazing! Nick was professional and friendly, and I am so grateful for his work in resolving our hot water issues. Karen and Carlos were also so helpful with scheduling. I will definitely call Parzival whenever I have plumbing issues in the future.

Parzival Plumbing never disappoints! Their friendly staff right from the start is instilling confidence in me that they have me covered in whatever plumbing need/emergency I have. I will never call anyone else! From Karen, Mike and then Cody (with his sidekick, Andrew) were just awesome. On time, knowledgeable, proficient, friendly, caring, listen to what you need, super clean...so much more. And just like the last time I had to call them, I seriously didn't stress through any of it. You just know it's going to be okay and fixed properly. They build your trust on honesty, professionalism and care, because that's who they are. They get the job done right! I am well pleased with the service received. I am especially pleased with the scheduling of the appointment. The dispatcher, Karen was absolutely wonderful. She left no stone unturned to schedule promptly and courteously. Mike who installed my shower head was great.
