Marketing agency for dealers to trick consumers into their service department where professional service "writers" will sell oil changes, brake services, coolant and a/c service etc. Really a dishonest way to make a living by scaring people into thinking there is a safety recall - "Oil consumption inspection" is hardly a safety issue!
