Michael is a master at his craft and provides a remarkable blend of acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and mild chiropractic adjustment. He has a calming disposition and is very compassionate. I have been going to Dr. Spatuzzi for over 2 years now. My goal when I started treatments was to lessen or eliminate migraines. Dr. Spatuzzi was able to provide substantial relief with just a few treatments and completely eliminate them within weeks.
His attention, patience and genuine empathy are some of his great attributes. There have been many times where he has been able to successfully address a specific issue that I mention at the beginning of a session (such as an elbow strain, lower back tightness, excessive tiredness one week, and a host of other things). I consider myself very lucky to have found Michael Spatuzzi, a gentle, gifted, intuitive, patient, intelligent healer....with an astute ability to sense just what needs attention, not only on a physical level, but a psychological/spiritual level as well. He is exceptionally well-trained and experienced in a variety of valuable healing modalities and will call upon just the right one at the right moment. I came to him initially for instruction in the Gokhale Method of postural alignment to help relieve back pain, but have gotten so much more than I expected. After more than a year, we are still working on structural alignment, but he has called acupuncture, cranio-sacral work and body manipulation in to alleviate all sorts of issues that needed addressing. I am sleeping better, find my mood is elevated and that number of other little aches and pains have just quietly melted away. I can wholeheartedly recommend the services of Dr. Spatuzzi if you'd like to do yourself a big favor and up your game in life.

For me, it was either back surgery or go see Michael Spatuzzi, and I’m so glad I chose Michael! He treated me with such care, and knew instinctively what the problem was, of course I also gave him my MRI and CAT Scan, so he could properly diagnose me and explain my disk problem to me, which in itself is helpful. Michael treated the short term pain with a variety of methods, acupuncture, massage, cupping, but most importantly, he gave me the long term fix:The Gokhale Method. I relearned how to walk, and sit and stand and most importantly, how to sleep without re-injuring my back. After following Michael Spatuzzi’s lessons for several weeks, I was pain-free! And I learned how to “lengthen my spine” with every step. I was even comfortable sitting at work. I would recommend, and do recommend Michael Spatuzzi for anyone with back issues and pain. He is a treasure!
