Bang up job digizone that is of course if you like to send out "damaged" new products? Or is damage to a new product a thing now?

This company is carelessness and they dont care if you get your stuff once they get your money and they will not give you a refund so don't buy anything from this company. I wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to

I give them ZERO Stars! I buy a phone case on the 1st of May and it says I will get it by the 6th which is today. I look at the tracking on DHL and DZ Tech today and dctech is telling me it was sent out on the 1st . DHL is telling me they don't have it at all. Just a few minutes ago I call again and get know where. I look at the tracking again and now it says I will get it by the 12th. As you can imagine I'm very aggravated so I call dztech and the ladies Pretty much telling me well that's when you're going to get it and when you get it you can send it back if you want for a refund. so now I'm supposed to get it a week after it's supposed to be delivered, send it back to you which might take another week and then wait a couple of days for my refund. Shaking my head I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and supposedly there's no one there at all and no one else to handle my situation and she has no clue when somebody will be there. very careless. Very unorganized not a good experience
