        Beautiful Gym for women!! Nicole walked us thru the facility & I felt so comfortable. It feels like such a warm welcoming place to actually enjoy working out. Nicole, your the best! Thanks for sharing your lil slice of heaven with us! The equipment is amazing & so many great option for all my needs!

        I finally found my motivation here at shapes, where instructors are not only awesome individuals to talk and be around, but make that extra effort to get to know you, your needs, concerns, are highly knowledgeable, and motivate their members. * CLASSES - Intense BUT can be adjusted for all members level (beginners - advance); Instructors are very helpful modifying based on individuals needs, injuries.
