Better Home helped me replaced a new kitchen faucet. I am greatly satisfied with their communication and installation service. I got an appointment same day I called in. Their tech arrived on time and wore a N-95 mask. Their representative was very polite, helpful and provided me an high quality new faucet at low price. Installation service charge was reasonable and come with one year warranty. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

I contacted Pavlina about replacing a broken part on my water heater just last week. She responded promptly with a quote and time that Yaro is able to come to my house for the fix. Yaro showed up at the time scheduled and got me hot water in less than an hour! He is a great licensed contractor, who works quietly with focus and efficiency. He doesn't waste your time chit chatting and just gets things done. I am a returning customer who have used Yaro's expertise twice in a year. He is fair in his pricing and reliable. If he doesn't have a part needed for the fix, he'll go buy it and come back to finish the job on the same day. I highly recommend this guy!

Poli was very prompt and courteous in answering my call and text and Yaro (the technician) was prompt and efficient in fixing my Dishwasher / Plumbing issue. Their fee seem very reasonable and they are honest and clear in explaining the problem. I will definitely go with them again!
