Great experience dropping off our RV. They were very helpful, and were able to help us drop our RV off 20 minutes before they were open so we could catch our early flight! Wonderful customer service and experience!

This was the second time renting a class A RV from the Dublin Office, staff are great and really friendly. They take the time to explain the RV before you leave. However on this rental we had a few issues, firstly a strange noise at low speed from front passenger wheel & bathroom vent stuck open meant we could travel with RV. We were advised to visit a tyre place to sort the noise out by the on road assistance and just tape the roof vent down but we took the RV back to Dublin office where the issues were fixed after a short wait. Unfortunately less than 1/2 later into our drive to Los Angeles the passenger mirror became very loose and nearly fell off .on road assistance advise was to find a place that sold tools as fix it!!! Not great service at all from the on road team but not really El Monte fault apart from the fact the mirror had clearly been fitting incorrectly as it was a drivers side mirror( which actually meant we could see barely anything apart from the awning rail) Another than this RV was pretty good.
