I actually came to purchase a pre owned Tesla that advertised for $34,881 but the price of the vehicle really was $44,315.62 . The Manager (Shawn) added on additional maintenances fee -1995.00 , cilajet ceramic fee $2495.00, non tax fee $589.00, theft det fee $389.00 which changed the advertise price for a grand total of $44,315.62. hmmmm.not something I expected for a license dealership to do to get customers. The Manager did not want to remove the plus fees and if I had known they were going to inflate the base price I would have never drove to the dealership. The salesperson was courteous and friendly which is why I am rating a 2 star. Tesla has been running a promo for the last month that offers a few thousand more for a new car! Please beware of the additional fees this dealership adds on to get you there.

All the service techs. were knowledgable and helpful. Matt was especially attentive and runs a great department there.

We bought a Lemon. Th car ran out of battery on the first day, the breaks were working on their own while driving, the salesman told us the pro S- and S is the same exact when the batteries are different. The app for charging was not working, we paid for the charging, The Dash errors came on, we took the car back. The worst experience ever with ID -4 S. We have children, and this is not a car i would choose for family. is not safe for highway driving. Months later, after i am receiving violation of toll, when they are supposed to transfer the plate to the dealership. Don't trust these 4 stars review, is all done internally.
