Sunset Mobile Music

Five stars for the actual sound system working well, for both the ceremony and reception. 3 stars for our DJ whom I found a little annoying bc some of our preferences on the music form weren't followed, and he messed up the anniversary dance. I was a little annoyed at our dj at our wedding. We purposely put one minute for our first dance because we did NOT want to dance to a full length song, not even dancing for 3+ minutes. The dj didn't follow this and it was so painfully awkward around minute 3 that we just stopped dancing & walked off the dance floor. For the anniversary dance, our dj messed it up. He had people get off the dance floor too quickly, and when there were only two couples left he goes 43, 45 basically at the same time. Then both couples left the floor at the same time. Why would you do that? Then he asked them how long they had been married for and it was 44 and 45 years. It was so freaking annoying. Usually they count th years slowly to let people dance and slowly get off the floor. People want to dance so why rush this game? We were the first ones off the dance floor and by the time we got to our chairs he was on 45 already. Literally lasted like 30 seconds. And the last people were my parents so it would've been awesome to see them dancing for a little bit. But the actual music (other than repeating two songs) were good and the sound system for the ceremony worked well. So just make sure you vet who the dj will be and schedule a call with them beforehand to answer any questions they may have. Overall he was good (he told me my hair flowers were falling out) before cake cutting so I appreciated that.

Dominic is absolutely wonderful! He DJ'd for our wedding on February 14th, 2019. We received so many compliments about him and kept the dance floor going all night. He is very enthusiastic and has great energy! Dominic is very easy to work with and does a great job about incorporating your music suggestions. We would definitely hire him again! Phenomenal service!! Dominic was the DJ for our wedding and I cannot recommend him enough! He kept the flow of our wedding running seamlessly and played a fantastic selection of music that kept our guests dancing all evening! Of all the vendors that we talked with Dominic was by far the most responsive and on top of his business. He created the perfect setting and was involved without taking attention away from us! 10 Stars! I have used Dominic 3 times and another already scheduled. He is great to work with, not too cheesy, great music, can get a shy crowd dancing and is very reasonably priced. Takes really good care of our Military as well.
