        Don't use this company! It was supposed to be a 10 day closing. They sent out a timeline extending it to a 12 day closing. Then they still couldn't finish it until day 17. It cost me $250 in late fees from the property manager, they refunded me their $150 fee. My agent called multiple times a day, never to be called back. Because it was signed so late in the day, they still haven't closed until after the long holiday weekend? Total unacceptable!
