State Farm, normally the best really let me down. Yhey did not pay the repair shop on a timely basis. Claims did respond immediately and approved the estimate almost immediately. They problem was getting payment. It took two months, a lot of excuses, blaming other departments. After two months they called at 7 am to tell me they had two repair shops and didn't know which one two pay. There was never only on repair shop and full information was provided the day I made the claim. I was asked numerous times to provide the mailing address over a two month period. It was on the estimate. One could google it in two seconds, but they were repeatedly confused and could not give me a reason why. I still am not sure they were paid. It saddens me to write this report because my uncle was a State Farm broker. My mom and dad were with State Farm until they died. My mom died at 97.5. I have ben with State Farm since was taken off my parents policy. It is sad they can't process a $600 claim in a timely manner. My broker had to follow up twice and did so. I appreciate that.
