Timm came out fixed my broken sprinkler head first, then we took care of business after. Hard to find in this day and age. Super fast response and went straight to work on the issue. Highly recommend.

We did a side yard landscaping project using Pacific Sunscapes, and we are very pleased with the results. I spoke with several landscapers, and none understood what I wanted. Craig, at Pacific Sunscapes got it right away and the result is excellent. His crew was great. Helpful, hardworking, and polite.

I was very pleased with Joe's work of replacing 2 of 3 irrigation control gauges that were leaking. Box (in ground) holding the gauges was flooded. He came promptly and worked efficiently. However, he was uncertain about how to respond to questions of how much it might cost. He gave me an idea of how much and that was, in fact, the amount charged. I had also identified additional work that needed to be done that wasn't quite as urgent (repairs to the sprinklers, major yard cleanup). I asked for an estimate to complete that work and have not received a reply. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
