I call last week to set up and appointment and they call me the to re schedule due to the appraisal had and emergency and re schedule. Tuesday Feb 1 I called them again since my appointment was at 100 am and was 1030 no one show up and a person call me that he was on his way and ask me if we are going to replace the whole roof. We have only a minor leak in 2 areas and he told me that the don't do repairs per the owner they only do a whole roof repair , I told him what a waste of time whey they didn't tell me that when i called last week my advised do not call them or do business with them Service: Roof repair

Our roof popped a leak so it was time. The tile roof was 32 years old so we went for the entire lift of all the tiles to install new underlayment and thermoshield as we can't add more insulation in the tiny attic space. Solar was installed at the same time. R&L listened to us about system size, panel placement so production is as expected when expected. R&L staff kept a tidy work space cleaning at the end of the day along with a magnetic sweep to catch nails that escaped. Service: Roof repair
