I don't normally write reviews unless my experience was very pleasant or very unpleasant. In this case, I don't even feel comfortable giving these people a 1-star. The guy I dealt with, Ed is one of those people that tells you he will have your sign ready on such and such day and he doesn't even call you to tell you he won't make it or even to apologize for not showing up. He promised me five or six times that he would have a sign ready only to not even call. When I called him about it he would always say he was very busy, or short-staffed, or some other lame excuse and then he would promise another time, only to break the promise again.Frankly, I don't know how this guy is still in business. If anybody is considering doing business with him beware; his lack of professionalism and basic customer service make him a complete failure as a businessman. I will never give him business again, and I will tell everyone I know not to do business there.You've been warned!
