DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband and I felt confident after researching solar options that this would be the best company. How we were wrong!!!!!! Our solar representative talked the talk and was more than happy to help us in the beginning. Then when things got a little dicey, he kept pushing the blame on different departments. It took over 4 months for our solar to pass city inspections because of careless mistakes made by the company. Once our solar was turned on, we kept receiving bills from our electric company month after month. This didnt make sense to me since we purchased enough panels to produce 130% of our current electricity needs. We were PROMISED over and over that all we would see from Edison was a $10 regulatory fee each month. We would be producing adequate solar. NOT THE CASE! Month after month we have not only paid our solar loan, but we have also paid our electricity bill. We would have been better off not even getting solar in the first place. Ive tried to speak to someone repeatedly who could help. Ive left my name and number several times, but no one has called me back. I AM FURIOUS!!!!! I feel like we have been lied to, taken advantage of and left in a lurch. No one seems to care because they have our money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SUNPOWER. YOU WILL REGRET IT! S Terry

We had Solar panels put into our home that was built in the early 70's and it was a nightmare. So many things had to get done to get it up to code. Our inspector didn't have a good vibe about him and seemed like he had some kind of attitude. The contractor with Milholland was Kody Ilfeld and he went all out for us without us really pushing. His demeanor and hard work is something that you don't see too much now days. He really just wanted to do a good job. He had an upbeat attitude, was pleasant to talk to, & was very professional. He was also very considerate when working in our home as, we have a 4 month year old and he was concerned with waking her. Kody went out of his way every chance he got and we are incredibly thankful for him. I truly believe that how a person carries themself and performs their duties/ jobs is a reflection of who they are as a person. The way Kody handles himself, speaks volumes about just who he is. Thanks Kody. Keep that fire lit.

Milholland installed the SunPower solar solution with Tesla Power-Wall battery for backup at our home. I would highly recommend them and give 5 stars to the whole team - Maya, Marcos (installer), Arturo (installer) and Oscar. Special thanks to Maya, because she's always there when we needed her! We had some hiccups at the beginning of the installation and she was not only responsive but also quickly found the right people and solutions to our issues. Therefore, the installation went smoothly. She has always been professional, patient and friendly. She always wanted to make sure that our requests were addressed in a timely manner. She also went above and beyond to send us all the related documentations/videos/guides to help us get familiar with the SunPower and Tesla applications, etc. We really appreciate her and the team for the help that we have been receiving. Thank you!

Update:  I'm changing my one star to three.  i was contacted by the accounting person few month after.  She said she was on maternity leave.  The company should have had someone to take on her responsibly while she was on leave.  The instant rebate through Mulholland was taken care of shortly after.  I've been waiting for the SunPower rebate.  Wasn't sure if this was being handled by Mulholland directly.  I happened to see a Facebook ad by SunPower and made a comment about the rebate.  There were a lot of negative comments about SunPower.  I did get a response right away.  It seems like they are trying to solve their customer service issues.  They contacted me right away and sent me the $1000 rebate.  If I didn't see the Facebook ad, I would have never received it.  I'm glad it worked and hope others will get their rebate.  It would be great if dealers like Mulholland would be proactive and help their customers.

Overpromise, ZERO delivery, awful company that charges probably double for piss poor customer service, and finally simply gave up on them fixing anything Left panels at house on ground on 12/28, Came on 1/30 to "take panels and install if possible" Started install but left panels didn't come back and finish install until 1/4 Energized on 1/6 1/6 During energization asked for personal internet login information, to be stored on their system and gave no legitimate reason why Still not setup correctly, and zero invertors reporting App & invertors finally connected and working 1/10 Installation was very sloppy, extra wires all over place behing panel and even had wires pushing panel out due to excess cable Home use still not working through 3/7 - consumption finally installed, still not showing use correctlyLied about using sunpower panels and monitoring, doesnt integrate into existing, basically said you already bought it deal with it
