If I could give a ZERO stars I would ! This is a shit hole owned by new management who thinks customers are asking for free stays . I came to get a room , hoping to find one because of the time of the day (evening) and the front desk lady was extremely rude (black hair, dress in black) who reFused to give her name . Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable and treated me As if I had no money to pay for my room . I travel for work all the time , and the reason I chose this dump is because of the location close to the freeway. I make probably 10 times what she makes an hour but yet she decided to belittle me and treat me as if I had no way to pay .WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN ! People like that shouldn't be the face of the hotel , period !

NO LONGER A QUALITY INN--new local management and they suck and don't care about bad reviews--per office manager. Now called The Ocatillo Inn We've stayed at this inn twice a year for the past 5 years. There have always been problems: refrigerator not working, lamps broken, radio broken, hot tub broken, etc. But this month 10/2021, it was so bad I'm writing my first review.Made reservations 3 weeks in advance, arrived at 3 pm check-in time and got room keys. This was after a long roadtrip through the desert and we, seniors, were tired. Door into building from parking lot was bolted shut; had to walk around to side with bags. Opened room to find utter chaos! Bedding torn apart, nothing cleaned, trash all over. Walked to office, complained and given keys to different room in same building. Maid said second room being cleaned and she went to office for new keys. In new room fridge didn't work properly, and no radio, phone book, pen or writing pad (like the 'old' Quality Inn always had provided. Also, they stopped the daily comp. newspaper in lobby perk, too.. And, the pool has been closed for past 10 months, all summer, and, they eliminated the complementary breakfast. And, in the middle of our 2-night stay we were told the room rate was increased by 10%. Never staying at this run down place with bad "new" management again.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences at a hotel Ive had. The customer service was the worst. The employees are highly discriminative and disrespectful! Not worth the money! There is always something wrong with their rooms weird smells, open vents, and cockroaches.
