It's been a few years since my last review. Just wanted to say the quality of care is phenomenal as usual. I had a  90 minute massage with Mei and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She uses so many different techniques including Thai massage. My back was in really bad shape and today I am walking and feeling about 90% better than during  the last week. Amazing!

I am reviewing this, 2 years later ... I am still going to Indigo dragon, I see Jen weekly for acupuncture and periodically we meet for overall health and nutrition suggestions. We also at times add Reiki with Joyce, they call it " acupuncture on steroids"  its totally fabulous ! This last year I had some unexpected health surprises, kidney stones, hysterectomy, thyroid surgery ... this place was able to see the warning signs and prompt me to see my phisician and order the appropriate tests, I recovered thru all these surgeries and procedures with flying colors !!! without being doped up with pain killers I am very great full and honestly say I couldn't have gone thru this without their help ! It is miraculous how they helped my body "step up " the Healling process !!! First, when I had the kidney stones the pain was excruciating, but with acupuncture & reiki they were able to move the stones and shortly after I passed them on my own without surgery. I periodically have blood test ordered by my phisician for my annual checkups. I share the results with Jen who than advised  me on adjusting my nutrition and diet, that's how I was able to see warning signs that pointed to my malfunctioning thyroid and fluctuating hormones, which later on resulted into a hysterectomy which was recommended by my OBGYN. I'm now in recovery mode ! Feel great ! I couldn't be more great full and thankful to the entire team at Indigo Dragon

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Caileen for Natropathic Medicine or Craniosacral therapy. I have seen her in the past for some health issues and no one is more passionate and dedicated to her patients' wellbeing. I recently went for craniosacral therapy and was able to completely relax and let Dr. Caileen work her magic. She has an innate intuition of the body and it's needs and was able to open up channels I had no idea were blocked. Afterward I felt lighter, brighter and calmer. She is truly a miracle worker and I will definitely be seeing her again for future ailments.
