Did a full reroof and biggest mistake ever. Have quite a few leaks and other roofers have come and said it's done with so many shortcuts. They've attempted to "patch" but there are many large problems. Completely unacceptable - highly advise staying away!

Dealt with Sampson for 3 years, paid more than 10000 on silicon coating but my roof leak every winter. And now hes just not even responding. Absolutely horrible service. Services: Roof repair, Roof inspection, Roof installation

Sampson was the one who did my roof when the house wa built. After I bough the house and rained the filling winter, the roof leaked. So I called him and got him in to do a full silicon cover which cost me $10000+.. a year later it leaked again so I paid his again. A year later is leaking again. And now he's not even answering. He is a nice guy but the service is absolute unacceptable.

They charged me $450 to stop a rain leak. The next day, the leak was just as bad. My fault, I should have pressed them to test it before leaving. Unfortunately, since then, they've been totally unresponsive, and refuse to come back and do the job they were paid for. I should have canceled the check. Frankly, I should be seeking legal recourse to get my money back. They essentially robbed me of $450 during a very stressful time.

I've been going to Samson for years for both sections of new roofing as well as repairs. He was recommended by family members who used him previously and he has not disappointed over the years. Samson is very responsive and quick to either come out to Glendale or send his team. Recently his son Shalomi came out to do a repair and provided a quick and reliable service and is a great addition to the team. We will continue to utilize them in the future and recommend them to all.
