All Smile Dental - CLOSED

Dr. Chen is an awesome dentist, that being said, unfortunately the accounting and insurance staff are horrible. We get bills with interest on them, to find out later that we don't need to pay for them, because they were just waiting for the insurance company to pay. We paid an extra bill and it's been two years of trying to rectify the problem to no avail. Robert, who seems to be the person in charge of accounts over there is very unresponsive and does not reply to emails. Unfortunately the good doctor will probably lose many patients due to bad customer service.

I know it is hard to believe but I enjoy going to the dentist! I have been going to the same one for 10 years now. Yes, and it is all because great person that I met at All Smile Dental - Dr. Christy Chen. She is simply awesome!!! She is very friendly, caring and of course professional, just like all the staff at All Smile Dental. Please, if you need to go to a dentist, go to see Dr. Chen at All Smile Dental, you will not be disappointed!

I have been seeing Dr. Chen at All Smile Dental for over 5 years and she is a superb, caring, and highly professional dentist whom I cannot recommend highly enough. It is a very comforting feeling knowing that when you have to go to the dentist for a problem, you will be in excellent, experienced, capable hands. Ken Heilbrunn

I went in because I was in pain. they pulled 4 teeth including one of my Canines. I have NEVER felt that level of pain in my entire life. I'm not real sure the Doc knew what she was doing, she couldn't understand me half the time and had to ask her assistant what I said. Then she gave me even more shots and then went and worked on another patient. the shot wore off by the time she got back. I am going in to get the stitches out and if there was any way I could get a refund for VERY BAD Service I would !!! After the stitches are out I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! BE WARNED
