I've used Jim Kabellis many times over the years, both as a Realtor referring my clients as well as for my personal needs.
Jim ALWAYS comes through! I've even sent him clients who were unhappy with their lender, and he makes things happen.
He has a great personality, always congenial and attentive. The mortgage loan process is daunting, but Jim makes it easy to understand and navigate

We wanted to refinance in order to take advantage of the low interest rates and Jim and his team guided us every step of the way. Jim and his entire team are so knowledgable and pleasant to work with through the process. Jim helped us with our original mortgage too --he was was fantastic we chose him specifically for our refinance. Five stars!
