Great new place. The rooms are nice, the breakfast was good and the fitness center had enough nice equipment.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days during spring break with my family, and it was a delightful experience overall. The location proved to be perfect for us, conveniently situated just off the highway, close to the safari zoo, and right in downtown Escondido. This put us within easy reach of numerous dining and grocery options, which was incredibly convenient.
The room itself was modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone. However, one minor issue we encountered was with the glass bathroom door, which allowed light to filter into the entire room when someone was using the bathroom. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, it's worth noting for those who prefer more privacy.
Breakfast at the hotel offered the standard Springhill fare, featuring options like packaged breakfast sandwiches, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, and cereals. While nothing particularly extravagant, it provided a solid start to the day and ensured we were well-fed before setting out for our adventures.
I must commend the majority of the staff for their politeness and professionalism, with special recognition going to Devon, the front desk manager. He went above and beyond to assist us with a complicated reservation, ensuring everything was sorted out smoothly and efficiently.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was highly satisfactory, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for our next family trip to the San Diego area.
