I called this contractor when I saw a leak in my house on a recently installed new roof. I emailed, and called the contractor. He dismissed me and refused to come check on the roof. I contacted another roofer who said that the seal around the vent was not properly sealed and that is what caused the leak. I paid another roofer to repair it. When I selected the original roof contractor to replace the roof, I asked for specifications and a contract which I never received. He is a very poor communicator.  After the work was completed he charged me several thousand dollars more than his original estimate. I now have water damage to repair because he didn't care to fix the problem. I don't recommend this roofer based on the poor quality and lack of critical service.

Guy and Affordable Roofing are the best. I own a commercial building in Vacaville that is a challenge for any roofer. My contractor recommended Guy. He did a phenomenal job reroofing a 1988 built building and left NO debris in the tear off of the old roof. Two years ago we had a major leak and he came right ouT. Turns out it was not the roof but the stucco walls which were not properly sealed by the painter.
I have always found Guy to be very honest, very professional with workmanship first class, and he was immediately responsive when we had our leak and helped to detect the problem.
Highly recommend. I think the negative reviews are from salesman because a highly reputable contractor in Vacaville recommended Guy.
