Prime Time Boxing

I've been to a few different gyms to train. Various PAL gyms, Capital Boxing, and even a college boxing program way back in the day. Prime Time Boxing is awesomeness! You will not find a better team than Cary and Angelo. Under their tutelage, the coaches there have learned how to motivate and instruct you in the sweet science. FULL DISCLOSURE - I've been there since the beginning almost (Nov 99). I've seen people come and go... but they always come back. You cannot go wrong at PTB. Want to get into shape? Come to PTB. Want to learn how to box without taking a single punch? Come to PTB. Want to box competitively (during voluntary sparring... warning... you will probably take a punch or two)? COME TO PTB! However, if you want to go to a gym and BS around wasting your time and money... there are plenty of gyms that would love to take your money. PTB now has 4 gyms. Folsom, Roseville, Sacramento (where it all started), and now Santa Monica. Check them out!
