Michael is one of the best house inspectors I ever worked with. My family and I decided to buy a property in mission viejo and Michael helped did the house inspection last week. He paid attention to all critical issues and small details. Compared with other inspectors, he spent more time ( over six hours) inspecting house. His report is also very easy to read and with hundreds of pictures. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest house inspector, who I trust 100% with my heart.

Michael Cantor came by and inspected our house. He is very knowledgable and personable. He took the time to explain where possible mold was in our home and point out trouble areas while suggesting solutions. He also gave a detailed report with pictures. He loves his job and it shows. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Mike knows what to look for and how to quickly identify areas with water damage. Thanks to his expertise and hi-tech tools, he wasted no time. He explained the dangerous mold strains and took both air and physical samples. I'd recommend him to anyone who thinks they have a mold problem.

This company is wonderful. Not only did the owner/operator Mike communicate with me at odd hours of the night and day, he made himself available the very next day on short notice to do a mold inspection on a home we are buying as our appraisal contingency time was running out. His inspection was extremely thorough, and he even pointed out things unrelated to the mold/moisture inspection and provided us with suggested solutions for ongoing upgrades and maintenance. I felt an immense amount of trust in his expertise and ability to recognize potential problems. He truly has the best interest of his clients at heart and will be a trusted resource for us for years to come. He even gave us referrals for other services to use for repairs.
