        We can finally enjoy our beautiful pool, we've had family and friends over, and they can't get over how amazing the pool is. The team was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had throughout this entire process. It started with an amazing rendering of what our backyard and pool could look like. But we were convinced.

        Ponce Construction Pools & Landscaping is one of most professional home improvement companies that I have dealt with. I called on them when we wanted to add a deck at the back of our house and the whole process of design approval, price finalization and construction went smoothly. They are courteous and transparent in all their dealings and the materials they use and the quality of their workmanship is just stellar. Highly recommended.

        Do not let your warranty company send ponce pools/ Darwin to your property if you have a pool problem!! Darwin is non responsive, flakey, and completely unprofessional. He came out initially and diagnosed the problem, submitted it to our warranty company who approved repairs, and since then he won’t return our calls/texts and emails to get the job done. It has been almost 4 weeks and we can not get a response. Our pool guy warned us about Darwin but unfortunately that’s who our warranty company used. Do Not Use This Guy or His Company!! Responding to the statement from owner below: Our pool guy was able to get the part needed in 24 hours and our pool is now working just fine. We were trying to get ahold of DARWIN- the pool guy that was sent out to our home and then never responded to our emails/texts/calls- no he never communicated anything was back ordered. Thanks for finally getting back to us— on Google reviews 🙄 Service: General repairs & maintenance
