Smart Patio Plus - StruXure Land Fountain Valley - Grand Showroom and Design Center

I met Shawn in March 2022 initially for a site visit, and decided to work with him few months later when our landscape project was finally approved by the HOA. He left a great impression for being very gentleman like, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Once the order was placed, it took about 5 months before the installation which actually worked out perfectly, just in time for the completion of our yard. Shawn walked through every step along the way, answering every little question I had, taking his time to explain things I found hard to understand, and making us feel in good hands. We are extremely satisfied with how everything turned out, and the pergola looks absolutely amazing! We would recommend Shawn and his company to anyone in need.

We love our Smart patio cover so much! So nice to have all the light under it and it lights up a lot of our backyard too! It has rained several times since it was installed and our furniture stayed nice and dry. Love how it opens and closes with a remote, and has a sensor in case it rains when it is open and will close automatically. So nice and its beautiful! Our specialist Garrett was awesome and so friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Smart Patio Plus! You wont regret it.

Amazing product, but Smart Patio isn't the company you want to work with. I start my process in June of 22, it's now Feb 23. Still not complete.I understand supply chain shortages, pandemic related delays, but almost 10 months to get a pergola installed?!?!? It's as crazy as it sounds.The issues are related to the fact that Smart Patio does not have any type of project management coordination. They use third party contractors to install and if there is any need for a electrician, you're on your own. You really need to ask questions and dig into details with them, otherwise you will find out about hidden fees, things that are not included in the cost and what things take so long.There are other reviews here, like the one from James H, he hit the nail on the head. Just make sure to do your due diligence. If I had it to do all over again, I probably would've gone with another company.
